Welcome to ZYBO. By accessing this website or engaging our product engineering services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

ZYBO provides digital product engineering, artificial intelligence integration, cloud modernization, embedded IoT hardware development, and technical advisory services as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between ZYBO and the client.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom software, deliverables, and architecture blueprints engineered specifically for clients become the exclusive property of the client upon receipt of final milestone payments, subject to the terms of the governing client agreement.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We hold all client proprietary information, business models, and trade secrets in strict confidence. Mutual non-disclosure agreements govern all technical discovery sessions and engagements.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Trivandrum, Kerala.
